This isn't Shiv posting, although it is his photo that is being
posted. I (Laurie) am posting this for him since his Internet has been
giving him some trouble and he cannot always access Shutterchance from
his computer in order to post. He asked me to just pick one from his
unassigned archives and tell why I chose the photo.
I chose this one mainly because the simple composition, the wonderful play of shadow and light, and the tones really appealed to me.
